SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time Standard delivery across India takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and any unforeseen delays such as weather or public holidays. Remote or rural pin codes may take slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage We currently ship pan-India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on eligible orders. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your pin code.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order directly with our courier partner.

Delays The Raw Rugged is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please contact us at care@therawrugged.com and we will investigate promptly.
