REFUND POLICY

All sales at The Raw Rugged are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and Issues We take quality seriously. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@therawrugged.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate and make it right on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items As a final-sale store, all items — including sale items and accessories — are non-returnable once delivered.

Refunds Refunds are not offered as a standard policy. However, if we determine that an item was sent damaged or incorrect on our end, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Any approved resolution will be communicated via email within 3–5 business days of us receiving your complaint.
